Project Summary
Product lookup and Product collections are the core for our platform. Many features are build upon the ability to manage and organize the products to meet our retailer's marketing needs. They are the most used features on the dashboard, with an average of 30,000 views and visits monthly. Product Lookup is commonly used to create product collections, reference a product's SKU or UPC and check a product’s pricing.
As part of the dashboard redesign. We continue to port over features from the old dashboard and also use this as an oppurtunity to improve the features.
My Role & The Team
I was the product design lead owning the end to end design process, from user research, product strategy, UX/UI design to user testing. I worked closely with Software Engineers, Customer Success Managers and Product Marketing Specialists.
Goal
